Services

The Missouri Job Center of Warrenton offers many free services for job seekers.  Computers are available for job searches, unemployment registration/reporting, career exploration, tutorials, research and resume preparation.  Fax service is also available, along with phones and a copier. For more information, call (636) 456-9467.  Missouri Job Center staff members are ready to assist!

Free Workshops

A variety of workshops are available at no charge for job seekers.  Please let us know if you would like to attend so that we make sure there is space available.  If you have an idea for a workshop that you think would be helpful, please let us know.

 

Resources for Job Seekers

Whether you are just starting or have been searching for a job for some time, jobs.mo.gov has a variety of information and resources at your fingertips.  Please feel free to explore and remember that Missouri Job Center staff members are available to help.

 

Youth Program

This program is specifically designed for individuals between the ages of 14 and 24 who have barriers to employment.  Services available include classroom training, support services, case management, subsidized employment, summer work opportunities and job search activities.  For more information, contact Missouri Job Center Workforce Specialist Dorothy Jones at djones@boonslick.org or Kenedee Chandler at kchandler@boonslick.org

 

Adult Program

This program is specifically designed to work with individuals over the age of 21 who have barriers to employment.  Barriers can include having low income, reading or math deficiencies, felony convictions, or substance abuse.  Services available include classroom training, support services, case management, subsidized employment, and job searching activities.

Dislocated Worker Program

This program is specifically designed to work with individuals who have been
laid off due to a plant closure or a reduction in labor force.  Services available include classroom training, support services, case management, subsidized employment, and job searching activities.
