Resource Room

Resource RoomThe Missouri Job Center of Warrenton has a resource room for job seekers to use.  Computers are available for job searches, unemployment registration/reporting, career exploration, tutorials, research and resume preparation.  Phones, a copier and a fax machine are also in place.  Missouri Job Center staff members are ready to assist!

 

Free WorkshopsWorkshops New

A variety of workshops are available at no charge for job seekers.  Please let us know if you would like to attend so that we make sure there is space available.  If you have an idea for a workshop that you think would be helpful, please let us know.  Click on the photo at right to check out the schedule!

Whether you are just starting or have been searching for a job for some time, jobs.mo.gov has a variety of information and resources at your fingertips.  Please feel free to explore and remember that Missouri Job Center staff members are available to help.

 

Youth Program

Youth Workshop

Missouri Job Center Youth Workforce Specialist Cindy Schwada helped organized a workshop for Youth participants in May 2015.

This program is specifically designed for individuals between the ages of 14 and 24 who have barriers to employment.  Services available include classroom training, support services, case management, subsidized employment, summer work opportunities and job search activities.  For more information, contact Missouri Job Center Youth Workforce Specialists Cindy Schwada at cschwada@boonslick.org or Jayne Corbin at jcorbin@boonslick.org

 

Adult Program

CareerThis program is specifically designed to work with individuals over the age of 21 who have barriers to employment.  Barriers can include having low income, reading or math deficiencies, felony convictions, or substance abuse.  Services available include classroom training, support services, case management, subsidized employment, and job searching activities.

Dislocated Worker Program

This program is specifically designed to work with individuals who have been
laid off due to a plant closure or a reduction in labor force.  Services available include classroom training, support services, case management, subsidized employment, and job searching activities.
