A scrap tire collection for Lincoln County residents will be held at the Lincoln County Highway Department, 219 Highway H, Troy, Missouri.
- Proof of residency will be required
- Tires must be dry and free of debris
- Tires must be off the rim
- Absolutely no tires from commercial operations are permitted
