Congress Blaine Luetkemeyer (MO-9) met with BRPC Executive Director on Friday, April 29, 2011 to discuss regional issues.  The key federal legislative issues that BRPC is concerened about include:
Reauthorization of the federal highway bill;
Reauthorization of the Workforce Investment Act;
Funding for community infrastructure projects, including CDBG and EDA; and
Reauthorization and funding for the Economic Development Administration (EDA)

Senator Roy Blunt visited with the Boonslick Regional Planning Commission Board of Directors at the quarterly membership meeting on March 25, 2011.
